Dongfeng Nissan Legal Affairs: Trolls Hijack N6 Launch Buzz to Funnel Traffic to Domestic Model, Legal Action Will Be Pursued
On December 4, it was reported that Dongfeng Nissan's legal department recently announced that on December 1, the Dongfeng Nissan N6 was officially launched.

Recently, we have noticed that several online media accounts have maliciously published false information about the N6 on social media platforms such as Weibo, attempting to capitalize on the popularity of the N6 to divert traffic to a certain brand and model.
The relevant remarks contradict objective facts, mislead public perception, severely damage the reputation and legal rights of our products, and disrupt the normal market order.
Dongfeng Nissan solemnly declares:
Our company maintains a zero-tolerance attitude towards malicious attacks and defamatory behavior, and has conducted comprehensive evidence collection and preservation work regarding the relevant infringements and actions.
For verified black PR accounts and their manipulators behind the scenes, our company will resolutely take legal measures to pursue legal responsibility in accordance with the law, in order to protect the company's legitimate rights and interests and uphold a fair competitive environment in the industry.
According to reports, Dongfeng Nissan's all-new plug-in hybrid sedan, Nissan N6, was launched on the evening of December 1st, with a limited-time offer price starting at 91,900 yuan.
The vehicle is equipped with a 1.5L plug-in hybrid system and a 21.1kWh large battery pack, offering a CLTC pure electric range of 180km. The 0-100 km/h acceleration time is 6.8 seconds, and the fuel consumption when the battery is depleted is as low as 2.79L per 100 kilometers.
The Roewe M7 DMH is also equipped with a 1.5L hybrid system and comes standard with a 19.7kWh battery pack, offering a CLTC pure electric range of 160 km. The vehicle's length is 4940 mm, and its wheelbase is 2820 mm, positioning it as a mid-to-large hybrid sedan.
From the perspective of positioning and pricing, the Nissan N6 is highly comparable to the Roewe M7 DMH, which is why there are so many online critics trying to force a comparison between the two vehicles.
