On December 1, 2025, Intertek ASSURIS Global Regulatory Expert Services received a reply from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), confirming that Suzhou Polytec Machine Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Polytec Machine") has successfully obtained the Non-Objection Letter (NOL) issued by the FDA.

The FDA NOL obtained this time confirms thatBaoshu MachineryThe cleaning system has physical recycling capabilities for post-consumer recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET). The recycled material can be used for contact with dry food under the conditions E-G [room temperature filling and storage, freezing or refrigeration (no heating treatment inside the container)]. The FDA fully recognized the materials and data we submitted, granting approval with zero defects and no corrections in just 14 days.
