(hereinafter referred to as Hainachuan), jointly invested by Beijing Automotive Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Industrial Development Investment Management Co., Ltd., was registered and established in Beijing in January 2008 with a registered capital of nearly 1.968 billion RMB. The company has a total of 36 enterprises, including 4 wholly-owned enterprises, 12 joint ventures with Fortune Global 500 and internationally renowned parts companies, 14 joint ventures with well-known domestic parts companies, and 6 other types of enterprises. In 2011, it successfully acquired 100% equity of the Dutch Inalfa Group, making Hainachuan an international automotive parts group company. The products of Hainachuan's affiliated enterprises cover five major series: "automotive interior and exterior systems, automotive seating systems, automotive electronic systems, automotive thermal exchange systems, and automotive chassis and other systems", forming a product portfolio that leads in technology and cost, and possessing the capability to develop products in sync with vehicles at different levels. Hainachuan's automotive sunroof series of products have extensive business in North America, Europe, and Asia, mainly supplying and serving many of the world's leading automakers. Other products of Hainachuan are currently being supplied to more than 20 large domestic automobile enterprises, including BAIC, FAW, SAIC, Brilliance, JAC, Changan, Chery, Shaanxi Auto, Great Wall, and Sinotruk.
