The company specializes in the production of a series of screw and barrel products suitable for domestic and imported injection molding machines ranging from 30 to 20,000 grams, single-screw extruders with diameters from φ15 to φ300mm, parallel twin-screw extruders with diameters from φ30 to φ200mm, conical twin-screw extruders with diameters from φ35/φ70 to φ92/φ188, as well as machinery for rubber, chemical fiber, and petroleum industries. The base material of our products is made from high-quality steel 38CrMoAlA, and they undergo processes such as tempering, stabilization, nitriding, precision grinding, and polishing.
