Nanjing Tianshi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. | Focusing on the wax additives field for nearly 20 years, with the pioneering supercritical CO2 spray method for manufacturing spherical wax micro-powder as the core technology, we have successively developed nano-surface coating technology and water-based wax powder technology. Nanjing Tianshi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Tianshi Group) has been dedicated to the development and application of wax additives since its establishment in 2002, building a full industrial chain from upstream raw wax refining, oxidation, grafting, esterification, saponification to downstream polymer wax emulsification and micronization. In 2020, Tianshi Group was established, under which there are four subsidiaries: Nanjing Tianshi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Yangzhou Tianshi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Nanjing Tianshi Blue Shield Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Bowei Testing Technology Co., Ltd., covering a total area of 135 acres. In 2002, Professor Yu Tianshi, aged 66, officially retired from Qiqihar University's Material Institute and embarked on his entrepreneurial journey. With over two decades of research experience and achievements in PE wax and oxidized wax, he developed the first domestic production line for spherical wax micro-powder using supercritical CO2 melt spray technology, marking the beginning of Tianshi's endeavors in the wax additive industry. In 2005, Yu Tianshi registered "Nanjing Tianshi Experimental Micro-powder Co., Ltd.", achieving large-scale production of wax micro-powder, taking the first step towards domestically produced wax powders. In 2008, four application laboratories for coatings, inks, powder coatings, and leather were established, and ISO9001 quality management system certification was obtained. In 2011, an investment was made to build Tianshi's second factory, "Nanjing Tianshi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.", capable of producing 9,000 tons of various types of wax powders. In 2014, the Nanjing Wax Micro-powder Engineering Technology Center was established, developing 100 varieties of wax micro-powders and wax emulsion products. In 2016, in Yangzhou Chemical Industry Park, an investment was made to construct Tianshi's third factory, "Yangzhou Tianshi New Materials Technology Co., Ltd.", capable of producing 30,000 tons of synthetic paraffin, synthetic wax, oxidized wax, and polyethylene wax, and 16,000 tons of wax emulsions. In 2018, in collaboration with a team of domestic biocide experts, "Nanjing Tianshi Blue Shield Biotechnology Co., Ltd." was founded, initiating innovation and service in microbial control. In 2020, "Jiangsu Bowei Testing Technology Co., Ltd." was established, opening up the company's long-accumulated testing capabilities and equipment to customers, providing comprehensive physical, chemical, and microbiological testing services throughout the year.
