Endeavor 3D today announced the launch of HP PA 12 Flame Retardant (FR), a halogen-free material with a powder reusability rate of 60%. Endeavor 3D is one of the first contract manufacturers in North America to offer this high-performance material, which has been validated and approved by HP for production-ready applications using Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printing technology. Endeavor 3D stated that this adoption further strengthens its commitment to providing industrial-grade parts for specialized applications in the electrical, robotics, and industrial sectors.

Meets strict safety and flammability standards.

HP 3D PA 12 FR, supported by Evonik, is a cost-effective material with high reuse rates, disruptive per-part costs, and excellent surface finish, reducing waste and lowering production costs. This material has achieved UL 94 V0 certification at a thickness of 2.5 mm, ensuring compliance with stringent safety and flammability standards. HP 3D PA 12 FR is particularly suitable for any type of electronic or electrical component enclosures that require UL 94 V0 rating, ranging from battery holders, cable conduits, and light covers to household appliance housings and similar parts that need a combination of functionality and aesthetics.
