"When processing highly contaminated materials, an efficient filtration system is crucial for achieving the desired melt quality. That is why ReadyMac can now also be equipped with Laserfilter," Köhnhofer explained. The EREMA Laserfilter can reliably remove unwanted impurities from the plastic melt, such as paper, wood, aluminum, or foreign polymers, while continuously cleaning the screen through a scraping system.

In addition to the new Laserfilter version, the ReadyMac 500 is still available with the proven SW RTF® screen changer system at a fixed price of 375,000 euros. This gives customers the flexibility to choose the best solution that meets their specific recycling requirements.
