We have established efficient import/handling/delivery systems covering drums, IBCs, bags on pallets, bulk bags and full bulk containers. PIA utilizes current SAP business management software to enhance the quality and efficiency of our storage and delivery process. Where third parties are involved, time has been taken to ensure that they understand the importance of on-time delivery of the correct grade/s, the specified batches and most importantly, the quality/integrity of the packaging. PIA takes the responsibility of environmental stewardship seriously. All packaging materials under our control are recycled. We do our utmost to address any environmental concerns raised by our customers and should we identify downstream opportunities for customer recycle we proactively participate in closing the loop.
