SYCHEM A.E. is an international company specializing in the construction of specialized water treatment systems as well as energy saving and anti-corrosion protection projects. Since 2001, SYCHEM has been at the forefront, offering cutting-edge solutions in Greece and internationally. The company has achieved significant growth, with exports exceeding 70% and revenue reaching €82,000,000! SYCHEM is now one of the few companies globally with the expertise to manufacture desalination plants capable of producing hundreds of thousands of cubic meters of water per day, with significant exports to 30 countries. In Greece, the installation of new desalination units on islands has addressed the increased demand for drinking water during a year of severe drought. The success of SYCHEM is driven by its dedicated team of 220 employees, from the factory in Heraklion, Crete, to offices in Athens, Corinth, and throughout Greece. In recognition of their contributions, the management decided to award a 15th salary to the entire staff for 2024, alongside a 16th salary already granted to the factory staff in Heraklion, as a bonus for their exceptional performance in constructing desalination units that met critical water supply needs in Greece and abroad.
