Tooltec has one of the most advanced service and production facilities in the UK. Our sharpening and erosion processes for PCD Diamond Tooling and circular saw blades have developed into core elements of our organisation. Our PCD department uses exclusively Vollmer Germany production grade machines. We pride ourselves on our robot loading wire machines and the very latest disc erosion technology. At Tooltec, fully automated Zoller equipment is used to carry out all our inspection, measuring and checking. Balancing and Calibration on both new tools and those requiring service erosion are carried out using Haimer Germany machines, ensuring the highest quality result every time.
