We are a producer of high-quality regranulates PCR LDPE and PCR LLDPE. Our recycling technology is based on aggressive and effective washing of the films, followed by gentle and precise extrusion using the best available filtration systems. The regranulates we deliver to our customers are consistent, perfectly mixed in 24-ton batches, and thoroughly tested. Our own laboratory verifies the compliance of all parameters with the product data sheet (TDS) before issuing a certificate of quality (CoA). From each 24-ton batch of regranulate, we perform a trial blow film and very precisely count the content of contaminants and gels. Our proprietary automatic system for marking and counting contaminants and gels works excellently on transparent, colored, and black films.
