RMB 68.53 Million! Color Masterbatch Company Invests in Polymeric Innovative Composite Materials and Functional Masterbatches

On June 5, Hefei Co-Bayer New Materials Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Anhui Co-Bayer Materials Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest in the construction of an integrated project for innovative polymer composite materials and functional masterbatch in Hefei, Anhui Province, with a total investment of RMB 68.5267 million.

The project plans to construct modern production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, and supporting facilities, while introducing automated production equipment such as twin-screw extruder units and automatic palletizing robots. Upon completion, the project will have an annual production capacity of 50,000 tons of high-polymer innovative composite materials and functional masterbatches. The construction period is expected to be 12 months, and all funds will be invested in cash.

The relevant investment agreements for the project have not yet been signed. Subsequent government pre-approvals, including construction planning permits and construction permits, still need to be completed, and there is a possibility that changes in the approval process may lead to delays, modifications, or even termination of the project. The project does not involve entry into a completely new business area.

The company stated that project funds will be disbursed gradually according to construction progress and will not interfere with the normal operation of its existing business, with no significant short-term impact on operating performance.

In the long term, the implementation of new projects will expand production capacity, optimize industry layout, enhance production efficiency and product quality, strengthen the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and align with the company's long-term development strategy.
