Sissoko partners with bucci composites to advance mass production of automotive composites
On June 30, Syensqo announced that it has entered into a partnership with Bucci Composites, a leading company in the design and manufacture of structural composite components based in Faenza, Italy. The agreement includes a technology license for Syensqo’s composite molding process—Double Diaphragm Forming (DDF).
Syensqo stated that this collaboration aims to upgrade automotive composite material manufacturing processes and, together with major mainstream automakers, complete the certification of supporting material solutions.
Andrea Bedeschi, Managing Director of Bucci Composites, stated: "Obtaining the authorization for the SESOCO double membrane forming technology and jointly carrying out material certification will strengthen our technical capabilities to meet the increasing production demands of OEMs for large-volume structural components, body panels, battery pack housings, and various other parts."
