Hebei Guangxing Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in January 2013, with its main products being 1,3-dimethylurea, with an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons; and 6-amino-1,3-dimethyluracil, with an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons. The company has successively passed the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 system certifications. In 2018, uracil passed the EU REACH registration. In 2020, it was honored as the "Single Item Champion Enterprise of Hebei Province's Manufacturing Industry", in 2021 it received the title of "High-tech Enterprise", and in 2022, it was recognized as a "Specialized, Refined, Unique, and Innovative Enterprise of Hebei Province" and "Enterprise Recognized for Industrial Research and Development Institutions of Hebei Province". It is also a member unit of the Plastic Additives Professional Committee of the China Plastics Processing Association.
