This product can be widely used in flame retardancy of various polymers, including polyurethane, unsaturated polyester resin, epoxy resin, polyolefin, polystyrene, polyamide, polyester, polyphenylene ether, polyvinyl chloride, polyacrylate, and many other high molecular materials.
In epoxy resins, the typical dosage is 3-4% of the total resin weight. It effectively maintains the glass transition temperature of epoxy resins while achieving high flame retardancy performance. It can be mixed with common amine curing agents, making it convenient for processing and use.
When applied to epoxy resins, compared to general additive-type flame retardants, this product exhibits excellent flame retardant durability and good mechanical properties after modification.
This product can also be used in polyurethane materials, directly mixed with polyether. During use, the amount of amine cross-linking agent should be appropriately reduced.
