Usage:
This machine uses HDPE and LDPE tube films as raw materials to produce printed, plain, and vest bags. It adopts PLC control, dual servo (stepper) motors for fixed length, and a LCD touch screen for real-time display. The process from feeding, bottom sealing, cutting, punching, to conveying is completed in one go, with a high degree of automation.

● When the set number of bags is reached, the punch immediately holds the bag, allowing continuous feeding without stopping.
● The newly designed sealing knife structure can be reversed 180 degrees and fixed for cleaning, ensuring safety and ease of maintenance.
● Bags come out neatly and with a strong seal.
● The use of pneumatic hydraulic pressurized cylinder punch results in low noise and low air consumption.
