2. A highly reliable and effective design philosophy ensures the dependable operation of extrusion. The high-torque drive system features gears and shafts made from high-strength alloy steel, which undergo carburizing and gear grinding treatments.
3. The newly developed screw is suitable for formulations with very high filler content, ensuring good material filling and optimal flow distribution within the screw.
4. The screw is equipped with a core temperature adjustment device and excellent barrel cooling, ensuring precise control over the material processing range.
5. Equipped with different dies and auxiliary machines, it can be used for extruding various types of pipes, sheets, profiles, and soft and hard PVC granules.
Features: Equipped with the corresponding screws and auxiliary machines, it can directly extrude various thermoplastics, especially rigid PVC powder, into pipes, sheets, films, and profiles, etc. It can also complete the modification of various plastics and the granulation process of powders. It adopts a DC motor, thyristor infinitely variable speed control, and is equipped with overload protection and fault alarm. The screw core has an oil circulation constant temperature system, the barrel has an oil cooling system, and it is installed with a vacuum exhaust pipe device and a quantitative feeding device.
Twin-screw extruderMaintenance:
After 500 hours of use, there will be iron filings or other impurities from the gears in the gearbox. Therefore, the gears should be cleaned and the gearbox lubricating oil should be replaced.
2. After a period of use, a comprehensive inspection of the extruder should be conducted, checking the tightness of all screws.
3. In case of a sudden power failure during production, the main drive and heating will stop. When power is restored, each section of the barrel must be reheated to the specified temperature and maintained for a certain period before the extruder can be restarted.
4. If the instrument or pointer reaches full scale, check if the contact of the thermocouple and other wiring is good.
