Dingjide: Reaches Strategic Cooperation with Kingfa Technology to Expand Cooperation Space in High-End Polyolefin New Materials
On February 9, Dingjide announced that it had recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Kingfa Sci. & Tech. in Guangzhou. The conclusion of this partnership marks a new stage of collaboration between the two parties in the field of high-end polyolefin new materials, further expanding their cooperation space and injecting strong momentum into the high-quality development of the industry. At the signing ceremony, Zhang Zaiming, Chairman of Dingjide, and Wu Di, General Manager of Kingfa Sci. & Tech., signed the "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" on behalf of both parties. According to the agreement, the two companies will establish a long-term and stable strategic partnership, reaching a comprehensive consensus on production and supply models for POE (polyolefin elastomers), polyolefin catalysts, and additives. They will also engage in deep cooperation regarding resource sharing, product support, market expansion, and industrial synergy to jointly set a new benchmark for industry collaboration.
