Please confirm the availability of the above products and provide your most favorable quotation, including the CIF freight to Mombasa Port, Kenya.
Please note that before taking further action, we kindly request that you confirm our payment terms. We strictly follow the 100% credit (O/A) payment terms. Within 45 days after the bill of lading (B/L) date, the full shipping amount will be paid by T/T, and within the coverage of your export credit insurance.
If your company accepts these payment terms, please let us know so that we can submit the audited financial statements, company registration certificate and VAT registration documents for your review, and submit them to your export credit insurance provider for approval.
After approval, you can issue the sales contract and form invoice based on the CIF in Mombasa, Kenya, reflecting the agreed 45-day O/A payment terms from the bill of lading date.
