40-year Final Production Sharing Agreement was signed in November 1997 between Kazakhstan Government and “Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V.” Karachaganak field partners with commitment to construct new facilities that provide oil enter the world market. For realizing this commitment it was need to ensure the fields with construction materials transporting by rail and after construction operations the field freight were also to transport by rail. Thereby it was necessary to fix the company that could provide these services at a high level. By this aim “Kazinterfreight – Aksai” Forwarding Company LLP was formed.
