Laurence is a proven team leader and strategic advisor with a specialism in sales, marketing and general business. As an entrepreneur and confident networker he brings effective relationships to the table with key contacts. He has a wealth of experience in growing companies and penetrating new market areas. He was Co Founder and Chairman of The Stampiton Group of Companies Limited, a Label and Packaging Manufacturer exporting to 17 countries and sold the group after 25 years. Laurence was also Co Founder of Schools for Kenya, a registered charity helping to bring education to the children of Kenya, building and reforming schools in the Amboseli National Park region where there is conflict between humans and wildlife. Stephen is a results-oriented Managing Director, driven to manage costs and establish strategic, mutually beneficial partnerships and relationships with users, vendors, and service providers. He is adept at creating strategic alliances with organisation leaders to support key business initiatives within the company. Having started his working career as a label manufacturer and printer, Stephen is a highly talented engineer and can rebuild or adapt any machine. His labelling career spans over 30 years. Stephen is skilled in developing and motivating his team. Adam has a proven track record in a variety of roles. He’s an experienced manager with a demonstrable history of working in a variety of fast paced, time critical environments. Adam specialises in managing and implementing change within a workforce, increasing production efficacies incorporating continuous improvement strategies throughout his practise. Employing strategies derived from his time as a school leader, Adam motivates, leads, coaches and develops individuals and teams. As a data lover, Adam analyses and manipulates figures and statistics to drive production. Adam has had 15 years experience in the labelling industry. Susan is a highly meticulous and reliable Financial Director with an outstanding client service record. Being a very adept multi-tasker, Susan is able to handle a number of cash management projects with professionalism and accuracy and has experience in a variety of financial management systems. Having worked for a large labelling manufacturing company, in several different departments, Susan has an in depth knowledge of the labelling industry spanning over 20 years.
