Founded in 1998, Zhongming is a professional group company dedicated to the design, research, production, and marketing of construction formwork, building structures, aluminum composite panels, solid aluminum panels, and aluminum roofs. In 2012, the annual sales volume reached US$25 million, with more than 70% exported. In 1998, Mario resigned from his comfortable job at Donghai Construction Group and founded Zhejiang Zhong Ming Ji Xiang Building Material Equipment Co., Ltd. (Early Zhongming). Initially, Zhejiang Zhong Min Ji Xiang Building Material Equipment Co. Ltd. had only a 3,000 square meter factory and 25 employees. Mario was not only the founder but also the designer, technician, production supervisor, and sales manager, and this was just the foundation of Luowen Group. In 2005, Zhejiang Zhong Ming Ji Xiang Building Material Equipment Co., Ltd. built a new factory covering an area of 42,000 square meters, with more than 400 employees, including a professional R&D team, production team, marketing team, and installation team. Also in 2005, Zhejiang Zhong Min Ji Xiang Building Material Equipment Co., Ltd. developed the international formwork market and immediately established an international department, with the first sales team comprising 3 sales personnel. From 2005 to 2011, Zhejiang Zhong Min Ji Xiang Building Material Equipment Co., Ltd. acquired most of the 5 factories in China and formed Luowen Group. Later, the company changed its name to Zhejiang Zhongming Jixiang Construction Material Equiment Co., Ltd.
