Annual Production of 1 Billion Units! Research & Development (R&D) and Assembly of 100 Automated Equipment Units and One-Stop Catering Supplies Supply Chain Base Construction Project Filing

Recently, Zhejiang Wangmeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd.'s "Project for Annual Production of 1 Billion Biodegradable Food Packaging Containers, R&D and Assembly of 100 Automated Packaging Equipment, and One-Stop Catering Supplies Supply Chain Base" successfully passed the filing.

The legal entity for this project is Zhejiang Wangmeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The project is planned to commence in January 2026 and be completed in 2027. For this purpose, the company will acquire approximately 34.8 mu of new land, with a total investment of 300 million RMB, and will construct new buildings covering an area of approximately 80,000 square meters.

Regarding equipment, the company plans to purchase (relocate) high-speed laminating machines, flexographic printing machines, high-speed paper cup (paper box, paper bowl) machines, die-cutting machines, etc., while also introducing advanced equipment such as Heidelberg offset printing machines and intelligent packaging systems. Notably, the company will independently develop automated high-speed paper cup machines and build assembly and testing lines, along with other production testing and public utility equipment, to achieve an annual production capacity of 1 billion biodegradable food packaging containers, R&D and assembly of 100 automated packaging equipment units, and a one-stop catering supplies supply chain. Upon completion, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of 300 million yuan.

Additionally, on December 15, 2025, Zhejiang Wangmeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. successfully bid for a plot of land in Haining, Jiaxing, for 17.45 million yuan, providing land security for the implementation of the project.
