Main contents of the agreement
The agreement is valid for three years. BYD Lithium Battery Hubei Project plans to purchase four types of solvents from Haike Xinyuan, which are:Dimethyl Carbonate/DMC, Ethylene Carbonate/EC, Ethyl Methyl Carbonate/EMC, Diethyl Carbonate/DECRegarding the aforementioned four solvents, Haike New Energy guarantees a production capacity that will meet BYD's lithium battery Hubei project's demand of at least 100,000 tons of products annually.
Hekang Xinyuan shall undertake the construction of pipelines and related expenses, ensuring that its products prioritize meeting the continuous demand for electrolyte production at BYD's Hubei lithium battery project.
Specific purchase volumes, purchase dates, and other details shall be subject to the purchase-related agreements, purchase orders, and other contracts signed by both parties.
