According to the data from Gasgoo Auto Industry Big Data Platform, Jinzhou Jinheng Automotive Safety System Co., Ltd., established in 1997, is a subsidiary of Wonder Auto Group Limited. The company has long been dedicated to the research, design, and manufacturing of automotive active and passive safety technologies, with products covering airbags, seat belts, steering wheels, and more. Its airbags are equipped in several independent new energy vehicle models, such as the XPeng G3 and Leapmotor C10. In January this year, the company received the "Best Delivery Award" from Leapmotor.
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of customer deliveries, Jinheng is undergoing a period of rapid development. Notably, on the morning of the fire at its Jinzhou factory, Jinheng had just held the commissioning ceremony for its new factory located in the Huaining Economic Development Zone, Anhui Province, which primarily produces steering wheels and seat belt products. This base will collaborate with the safety airbag business at the Danyang base to jointly expand the passive automotive safety market in central China.

It will introduce advanced intelligent production lines and adopt automated and digital management models, focusing on the research, development, and production of gas generators and propellant tablets. Once the project is fully operational, it is expected to achieve an annual production capacity of 30 million gas generators, significantly enhancing the production capacity and delivery capabilities of the Jinzhou base.
According to information from the National Construction Project Environmental Information Publicity Platform, Jinheng’s project base for an annual output of 1.5 million steering wheels, located at Section 4-7, Tianshan Road, Binhai New Area, Jinzhou, as well as the project for an annual output of 11 million automotive airbag cushions, located at No. 3 Ganjiang Street, Jinzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, both completed their public announcements around May this year.
