Yang Yuesi joined Ferrari in 2014 and has experience in management positions in several important international markets. His career began at Ferrari's headquarters in Maranello, Italy, where he was responsible for global human resources affairs, overseeing organizational structure optimization and compliance system construction.
Subsequently, Dr. Yang Yuesi's responsibilities expanded to the Americas region, where he held leadership positions in sales and marketing. Since 2020, he has served as the President of Ferrari Australia and New Zealand. During his tenure in the Australasian market, the Ferrari brand's influence and business operations were developed locally. Additionally, Dr. Yang serves as a board member of Ferrari Insurance Services and as a director of Ferrari's GT team in Australia, the Arise Racing GT team.
This personnel appointment takes place against the backdrop of Ferrari's continued business expansion in the Chinese market. China is one of Ferrari's important strategic markets globally. In recent years, Ferrari has consistently introduced several new products to the Chinese market, including its flagship V12 engine models, to meet the needs of high-end customers. The brand also strengthens its connection with consumers by participating in GT races, hosting brand experience events, and offering exclusive customer programs.
Ferrari is also advancing its channel development in the Chinese market, including adding more showrooms and service centers in key regions such as the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to enhance customer service coverage and experience. In addition, the warehouse facility located in the Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone has been expanded to optimize supply chain efficiency.
After Yang Yuesi takes over, his extensive experience in international market management, particularly in driving brand development and business operations in different regional markets, will be utilized to lead Ferrari's next phase of development in the Greater China region.
The industry is focusing on how to further promote Ferrari's business growth and market penetration in mainland China and the Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan regions under the current market environment. With the official appointment of Dr. Yang Yuesi, the management team of Ferrari Greater China has completed its transition.
