Guangzi Cloud's visual inspection technology has been introduced into the medical industry and applied in various scenarios, such as detecting impurities inside bottles and the quality of capping, as well as checking whether blister packages are missing tablets. Machine vision technology can replace human eyes for identification and inspection, providing support for enterprises' production efficiency and product quality.

-
LG Chem’s “biaxially oriented polyethylene film” was redesigned from the molecular crystalline structure, achieving high stiffness and transparency even as a single-material film, making it easy to recycle when used for packaging.
-
Huitong Company launched long-chain nylon materials, mainly applied in drone casings and critical components. It ensures structural rigidity while achieving weight reduction of the body, which helps improve flight endurance.

New materials are the cornerstone of manufacturing upgrading.
Digitalization, Intelligence, and AI Technologies
It is the key engine driving industrial transformation.
This exhibition will become a new form of productive force.
A centralized showcase platform implemented in the rubber and plastics industry
New Materials Empower New Industries: Polymer Materials Continuously Expand Their Application Boundaries in Various Industries.
At the exhibition site, high-performance composite fibers, specialty engineering plastics, and thermoplastic elastomers—designed for the automotive, new energy, humanoid robotics, drone, and aerospace sectors—will be showcased collectively. Featuring properties such as efficient heat dissipation, halogen-free flame retardancy, lightweighting, and high rigidity, these materials meet the diverse requirements of advanced manufacturing.

BASF solid-state battery pack material solutions help achieve vehicle weight reduction and optimized thermal management.
Meanwhile, digital technologies can effectively reduce labor and time costs, save energy, and minimize the environmental impact of production processes to the greatest extent, enabling "smart manufacturing" to serve "green" goals.
AI technology can empower rubber and plastic processing equipment to achieve intelligent upgrading, enabling the production of complex-structured, high-performance products and meeting the requirements of flexible production.
In addition, the integration of AI technology with rubber and plastic technology can meet the application of more innovative environmental protection materials. The iChen™ Cloud intelligent manufacturing operation management platform launched by Zhenxiong, as well as the integrated intelligent precision mold head from Jingcheng Technology, have been successfully implemented.
Intelligent technology moves from concept to production line.
Truly empowering lean management in factories

Green and low-carbon practices have shifted from being “optional” to becoming an industry entry requirement.
This year's exhibition centers on the circular economy, creating a comprehensive green innovation platform to help industries address uncertainties in traditional raw materials and achieve low-carbon transformation.

Over 120 global suppliers gather in the Recycling & Regeneration Technology Zone, showcasing physical recycling, AI-powered intelligent sorting technologies, and high-value closed-loop solutions for waste plastics.
The latest recycled materials have higher cleanliness, lower odour residue, and better surface quality, with quality approaching that of virgin materials, and can be used in various fields including food packaging. Additionally, some exhibitors showcased traceable and compliant automotive closed-loop materials.
“Closing the loop,” “carbon reduction,” and “value creation” are the three core drivers for developing holistic green solutions across the entire value chain under the circular economy theme.
At this exhibition, the upgraded and breakthroughs in physical and chemical recycling technologies will be showcased, including: various high-performance bio-based materials, high-value recycled plastics suitable for multiple scenarios, and a wide range of low-carbon manufacturing solutions.

Avient Corporation has developed a bio-based thermoplastic elastomer containing 40–50% bio-based content derived from sugarcane, which reduces carbon footprint at the raw material source. It delivers performance comparable to conventional TPEs, and its production waste is recyclable. It is widely used in consumer goods, automotive, consumer electronics, personal care products, and cosmetic packaging.

Faced with fluctuating raw material prices and unstable supply chains, energy saving, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement have become the core issues for enterprises to achieve steady development.
CHINAPLAS 2026 International Plastics and Rubber Exhibition
It will centrally showcase energy-saving, cost-reduction, and efficiency-enhancement measures.
Breakthrough Achievements:

Arburg has launched the new all-electric machine ALLROUNDER TREND, featuring a clamping force of 500–2000 kN and an injection speed of up to 500 mm/s, delivering significantly enhanced efficiency. Fully driven by servo motors, it offers energy savings and emission reduction. High-quality, cost-competitive all-electric machines are now available to Chinese customers with accelerated delivery.
