1. The emulsion needs to be thoroughly mixed before use. Uneven emulsion can easily lead to stratification, affecting the effectiveness of the defoamer.

2. Try to use thickeners for dilution. Silicone defoamers can be diluted during use, but the stability of the defoamer will sharply decrease, such as layering. Therefore, it is recommended to use thickeners for dilution as much as possible. If using water for dilution, please add the water to the defoamer and stir slowly, and use the diluted defoamer on the same day.

3. Prevent frost damage. Silicone defoamers are very sensitive to frost and excessively high temperatures, which can easily cause damage. If the defoamer has already frozen, it must be carefully defrosted and tested before use.
