On January 26, Joyson Electronics (600699.SH/0699.HK), a global leading provider of intelligent automotive technology solutions, released its 2025 annual performance pre-announcement. According to preliminary estimates, the company expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 1.35 billion yuan in 2025, an increase of approximately 390 million yuan compared to the same period last year, representing a year-on-year growth of 40.56%. The non-recurring net profit attributable to shareholders is expected to be approximately 1.5 billion yuan.

In 2025, Joyson Electronics not only achieved steady profit growth but also realized a leapfrog breakthrough from "product R&D to mass production orders" in automotive intelligence fields such as intelligent driving and cockpit-driving integration. The company successively secured over 20 billion yuan in orders for intelligent products, including autonomous driving domain controllers, cockpit-driving integration systems, multi-display systems, and Central Computing Units (CCU), covering renowned domestic and international automakers. In the first three quarters of 2025, the total lifecycle value of the company's new global orders reached approximately 71.4 billion yuan.

Concurrently, Joyson Electronics has upgraded its corporate strategy to "Automotive + Robotics Tier1," continuously extending its R&D and manufacturing experience from the automotive sector to the robotics industry. Currently, Joyson Electronics has largely completed its layout of key robotic component solutions, launching a product matrix system including AI Head Assembly, All-Domain Controller Assembly, Energy Management Assembly, and Mecha Kits. The company has also established collaborations with overseas robotics companies such as Zhuyuan, Galaxy General, and RIVR, with some products already in mass production or undergoing sample delivery.
