Kemei Plastics 100 Million Yuan Major Equipment Upgrade Project Completed and Put Into Production
Puyang Kemei Plastic Co., Ltd. has recently successfully completed a major equipment upgrade and capacity expansion project. The project is located in the Puyang High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Hualong District, with a total investment scale of 100 million yuan.
The project focuses on building an automation testing development center for production lines, while introducing a digital supporting MIS software system. It involves the renovation and upgrading of the technology research center, as well as the replacement of key equipment such as twin-screw extruders and high-efficiency, high-capacity imported large extruder granulators. Once fully operational, the project will have the capacity to produce 12,000 tons of degradable modified plastic pellets and functional masterbatches annually.

One of the highlights of this project is that it successfully breaks the long-standing monopoly of foreign companies in the functional masterbatch field. By strengthening independent research and development and technological innovation, as well as the extensive application of intelligent production lines, Puyang Kemei Plastic Co., Ltd. is committed to building a comprehensive base that integrates the research, development, and production of biodegradable modified plastics and functional masterbatches. According to the project's expectations, once fully operational, it is expected to achieve a significant annual output value of 200 million yuan.
According to the Color Masterbatch Industry Network, the project has been successfully put into production, marking a solid step forward for Puyang Kemei Plastic Co., Ltd. in enhancing production capacity, optimizing product structure, and strengthening market competitiveness.
