Pakistan announces a punitive duty of 20.47% on Chinese PVC resin!

On January 7th, Zhuansu Shijie learned that the National Tariff Commission of Pakistan announced on January 2nd to continue imposing anti-dumping duties on suspension-grade polyvinyl chloride resin (PVC) originating from or exported from mainland China, South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan Province of China, with a validity period of three years.

The anti-dumping tax rate imposed on exporters/manufacturers from mainland China ranges from 3.44% to 20.47%.
