The construction of the production, research, and logistics base in Mexico has commenced.
On November 19, Oriental Yuhong's production, research, and logistics base in Mexico commenced construction.
The base is planned to be constructed in two phases:
The first phase involves the construction of a production line for 100,000 tons of sand powder and a production line for 20,000 tons of water-based coatings, along with a supporting storage and logistics center, expected to be put into operation in 2026.
The second phase will expand the additives and coil production lines, gradually constructing a multifunctional and integrated regional production and service hub, fully covering the diverse needs of local residential, commercial real estate, and infrastructure construction.
Dongfang Yuhong Holding Vice Chairman Xiang Jinming stated that the launch of the production, research and development, and logistics base in Mexico is a key step for Dongfang Yuhong to deepen its global strategic layout.
Relying on the geographical advantages of Tula city, the complete facilities of the QUMA Industrial Park, and the vast market space in central Mexico, this base will focus on achieving localized production and services to provide high-quality building materials to local customers.
In recent years, Oriental Yuhong has accelerated its expansion into overseas markets.

In January 2025, the production line at Oriental Yuhong's production, research, and logistics base in Malaysia successfully completed its first trial production.

In March 2025, Dongfang Yuhong's wholly-owned subsidiary Tiandingfeng officially announced the investment in the construction of a tire base fabric production, research and logistics base in Canada.
Liansu Group:
Uzbekistan production base put into operation.
On November 12, China Liansu Group's production base in Uzbekistan commenced operations.
The Uzbekistani Liansu factory covers an area of approximately 40,000 square meters. In the first phase, a total of 4 PVC-U extrusion production lines have been invested, with an annual production capacity of about 8,500 tons, as well as 5 PE/PPR-R extrusion machines and 1 HDPE high-speed production line, with an annual production capacity of about 9,000 tons. The overall total production capacity of the first phase is approximately 23,000 tons.
In addition, the second phase plans to equip approximately 20 injection molding machines for plastic pipe fittings and several extrusion production lines to meet market sales across the five Central Asian countries.

The Vietnam base is put into production.
On October 28th, Vietnam Pipeline Company officially commenced operations, marking the official launch of its fifth manufacturing/operating base overseas.
Vietnam Era is also the first overseas "smart factory" of Era Pipeline Manufacturing, located in the Xindu Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam, with a first-phase design capacity of over 4,000 tons.
The park plans to layout more than 50 production lines, covering manufacturing processes such as injection molding, extrusion, and assembly. It includes a full range of products such as CVPC, PVC pipes, fittings, and valves, catering to applications in municipal, construction, home decoration, industrial, and agricultural fields.
Vietnam's era will also become an important manufacturing base and export hub for deepening its reach in Southeast Asia and extending to the American markets. It will provide strong support for the era group in improving global production capacity layout, enhancing global delivery capability, reducing export operating costs, and mitigating trade friction risks.
Keshun Co., Ltd.
Two major modern production bases in Malaysia

In July 2025, Keshun Co., Ltd. announced that it has reached a strategic cooperation with SAC Group and successfully put into production two modern production bases in Malaysia - the Batu Gajah base in Perak and the Johor Bahru base in Johor.
The production base in Perak is equipped with automated production lines and intelligent control systems, covering water-based building coatings, waterproof coatings, industrial coatings, powder waterproof building materials, and construction chemicals.
The core focus of the Xinshan production base is on high-performance areas such as floor coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, and industrial coatings.
Currently, Chinese enterprises are going global.
