Zhongzai zihuan subsidiary wins midea green recycling project bid worth 205 million yuan

On December 8, China Re Resources and Environment announced that its subsidiary received a bid-winning notification from Wuhu Ande Zhilian Technology Co., Ltd. regarding Midea's Green Recycling Project for the years 2025-2026.

The basic situation of winning the bid shows that the project name is the Midea Green Recycling Project for the year 2025-2026. The winning bidders include 10 subsidiaries such as China Recycling (Suihua) Electronic Waste Recycling Co., Ltd., and China Recycling (Tangshan) Electronic Waste Recycling Co., Ltd. The project involves the recycling and dismantling of Midea Group's brand series appliances that need to be scrapped according to standards and legal requirements. The total bid amount, including tax, is 205.299 million yuan.

The announcement states that after the formal contract for this project is signed and successfully implemented, it will further enhance and strengthen the company’s market competitiveness and market share, having a positive impact on the company’s future operational development, but will not affect the independence of the company's operations.

The company also warns of risks, stating that no written contract has been signed yet and there is some uncertainty regarding the contract terms. The specific content will be subject to the formal contract signed. During the execution of the formal contract, unforeseen or force majeure factors such as changes in policy or market environment may affect normal contract performance.
