欧盟拟对中国产插混合车加征反补贴关税
盖世汽车讯 据德国《商报》（Handelsblatt）6月21日报道，欧盟委员会正计划对中国产插电式混合动力汽车（PHEV）加征反补贴关税，目标企业包括比亚迪（BYD）、奇瑞（Chery）和上汽集团（SAIC）。此举将延续其自2024年起对从中国进口的纯电动车型（BEV）征收关税的政策。
报道称，三名知情人士透露，相关准备工作已经完成，一旦获得欧盟成员国多数批准，欧盟委员会即可正式实施新关税措施。对此，欧盟委员会拒绝就该报道置评。
6月20日，欧盟领导人曾就需采取更严格措施以应对与中国不断扩大的贸易逆差、以及在稀土等关键原材料上对这一世界第二大经济体的高度依赖展开讨论。
此前，欧盟于2024年以中国政府对电动汽车产业提供过度补贴为由，对从中国进口的纯电动车型征收反补贴税。然而，由于该关税仅覆盖纯电动车，未涵盖插电式混合动力车型，部分中国车企转而加大对欧洲市场的插混车型出口。数据显示，中国上月汽车销量中插电式车型占比达63%，且凭借规模化生产与价格竞争策略，中国新能源汽车整体成本显著低于其他地区产品。
《商报》指出，欧盟此次拟将反补贴关税范围扩展至插电式混合动力汽车，正是针对上述市场变化作出的调整。报道援引消息人士称，鉴于插混车型在中国同样获得与纯电动车相近的政策支持，其向欧洲出口量的增长被视为对本地汽车产业构成潜在冲击。
