It is mainly used for producing PP-R and PE pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 160mm, and PE-RT pipes with diameters from 16mm to 32mm. Equipped with the appropriate downstream equipment, it can also produce multi-layer PP-R pipes, PP-R fiberglass pipes, PE-RT, and EVOH pipes. With years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion, we have also developed high-speed PP-R/PE pipe extrusion production lines, with a production speed of 35m/min (based on 20mm pipes).

This pipe extrusion production line adopts an energy-saving single-screw extruder with special molds, which increases production efficiency by 30% compared to a single high-speed production line, reduces energy consumption by 20%, and effectively lowers labor costs. The production of PE-RT or PE pipes can be achieved through appropriate modifications to the machine.

The machine can be controlled using a system composed of PLC control and a large color LCD display, making operation simple, with full-line linkage, whole-machine adjustment, automatic fault alarms, overall aesthetic appearance, and stable and reliable production.
