ZK series products are currently the highest performance co-rotating twin-screw extruders that can be produced and assembled domestically, with a maximum screw speed of 1200 rpm and a specific torque reaching
to 15 Nm/cm³. This drive system adopts Henschel's latest design, offering enhanced overall strength and gear system compared to the original T1MAX series products.
Stability has been significantly improved, while the size is smaller, but it is equipped with a more powerful lubrication and cooling system, allowing users to use the extruder more safely and quietly.
Ejection
● The screw and barrel are made of German-imported HIP powder metallurgy materials, offering a smaller clearance.
In terms of temperature control, the ZK series high-efficiency cooling pipelines are equipped with imported COAX coaxial valves, and the barrel adopts a new radial cooling water channel design.
● Utilizing heating elements imported from Japan, it enhances temperature control efficiency while also reducing the temperature distribution and thermal deformation of the barrel, thus avoiding the resulting local issues.
Reduced shear heat and hardware wear, enhancing the service life of equipment and components.
● The ZK series products feature a new die head design with shorter flow channels. The double-hinged opening mechanism allows for quicker opening and easier cleaning when changing colors or materials.
● Equipped with side feeding, side venting, and enhanced feeding devices, it facilitates the addition of large quantities of color powder, carbon black, or other fine particle fillers or additives.
A higher yield can be achieved by adding additives.
