Lianyungang petrochemical ps prices decrease

July 17 report: The 400,000 tons/year ABS plant of Shandong Lihua Yi is currently operating at 50% capacity. Today, the ex-factory price has been reduced by 100 yuan/ton, with M347 quoted at 9,800 yuan/ton, and there is no stock of ABS polymer AG-120.

Reported on July 17: Lianyungang Petrochemical (Satellite) lowered its ex-factory PS prices by RMB 100/ton. Effective immediately, grade 525 is quoted at RMB 9,400/ton, grade 535T at RMB 9,400/ton, grade 535M at RMB 9,400/ton, modified benzene 88 at RMB 9,850/ton, and grade 888 at RMB 10,050/ton. The plant capacity is 400,000 tons/year. Prices are ex-works for self-pickup, subject to negotiation on a per-order basis.

On July 16, 2026, Rongsheng Petrochemical announced that it had formally signed the Project Development Agreement for the Jintang New Materials Project with Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC). Under the agreement, Rongsheng Petrochemical and SABIC are evaluating SABIC’s potential investment in holding not less than 30% and not more than 50% of the equity in Rongsheng New Materials for the purpose of the new project. The two parties will successively sign the full set of cooperation documents, including the joint venture agreement, technology license agreement, and technical service agreement, and will carry out comprehensive cooperation in related advanced technology fields.

Production capacity is 400,000 tons.

  On July 16, it was reported that the refined oil pricing adjustment window will open again at 24:00 on July 17. Today, industry agency Longzhong Information learned that the expected increase in refined oil prices is around 250 yuan per ton, equivalent to about 0.18 yuan per liter. If implemented, this would mark the ninth increase of the year. According to calculations, based on a 70-liter fuel tank, private car owners would need to pay about 13 yuan more to fill a tank of gas. However, the final adjustment amount is subject to the official announcement.
