ePLA-Matte is a cost-effective PLA material that is environmentally friendly and easy to print. Compared to ABS, ePLA-Matte does not require an enclosed chamber, has low shrinkage, does not warp or crack, and can print large-sized models. The supports are easier to remove from the model surface compared to other materials, with smooth and flat contact surfaces. There are no irritating odors during printing, making it safe and environmentally friendly. The filament spool is made from recycled PETG, ABS, PLA, and other production and industrial waste through re-injection molding, and the outer box is made from recyclable paper, promoting environmental sustainability in 3D printing. It features a matte surface finish that is delicate and does not show layer lines; the filament is not prone to brittleness, ensuring smooth printing for extended periods without clogging, making it suitable for early concept models and rapid prototyping. With a lower density, ePLA-Matte provides 21% more printed models per spool compared to other matte PLA products.
