China's 2026 No. 1 Central Document: Supporting New Energy Vehicles, Smart Home Appliances, and Green Building Materials in Rural Areas
The 2026 "No. 1 Central Document"—the *Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Anchoring Agricultural and Rural Modernization and Solidly Promoting Comprehensive Rural Revitalization*—has been released. The document proposes taking multiple measures to expand rural consumption. Support will be provided to expand and upgrade rural consumption, improve consumption facilities and service levels, and cultivate new business formats, models, and scenarios such as harvest fairs, intangible cultural heritage workshops, and leisure camping. The document calls for supporting the construction and renovation of circulation infrastructure at the county, township, and village levels to reduce costs and increase efficiency for trade and logistics in rural and remote areas. It encourages bringing new energy vehicles, smart home appliances, and green building materials to the countryside, while improving the recycling system for renewable resources such as used household appliances and furniture in rural areas. Furthermore, the document emphasizes strictly cracking down on the production and sale of counterfeit and substandard goods in rural areas in accordance with the law.

BMW Plans to Cut Thousands of Jobs in Germany by the End of 2027

Prices are ex-works, subject to negotiation on a per-order basis.
