TotalEnergies Cobel Luminy® PLA Global Prices Rise 10% Starting Oct. 16
TotalEnergies Corbion has issued a price increase notice for PLA. The company stated that the global trade environment remains challenging, with no signs of relief in raw material supply or costs related to energy, packaging, and logistics. Although we have absorbed a significant portion of the cost increases internally by improving production efficiency and optimizing operational management, the continued accumulation of costs has exceeded the company’s capacity to absorb them. To ensure reliable, high-quality, and continuous supply, TotalEnergies Corbion has decided to implement a 10% price increase across its entire Luminy® PLA product range, effective October 16, 2026.
