The equipment includes a belt conveyor/traction feeding device, compactor, single-screw extruder with dual-zone vacuum degassing system, filter, water-ring cutting system/underwater cutting/water strand cutting system/underwater cutting system, dryer, product silo, and electrical control cabinet.

The ACS-HTM pelletizer fully understands the characteristics of different plastic materials and adopts a modular design to optimize the compactor's crushing and preheating processes, avoiding overheating or degradation. By precise temperature control and optimized plasticizing design, it ensures the reliability of the plastic pellets' quality.
