ACSS Two-Stage Single-Screw Plastic Recycling Compacting Pelletizing Equipment
To meet market demands, ACERETECH has developed and launched an environmentally friendly 3-in-1 integrated plastic pelletizing recycling system -- the ACSS-HTM two-stage extrusion compacting pelletizer.
Unlike traditional pelletizing lines, this ACSS-HTM intelligent plastic recycling pelletizer focuses on protecting the physical properties of recycled plastics, maintaining as much as possible the original recyclable plastic's moldability, toughness, and durability.

Machinery Workflow:
The equipment includes a belt conveyor/towing feeder, compactor, single-screw extruder with dual-zone vacuum degassing system, filter, vacuum degassing system, secondary extruder, secondary filter, water ring pelletizing system/water-under pelletizing/water-line pelletizing system/water-under strand pelletizing system, dryer, product silo, and electrical cabinet control system.
The ACSS-HTM pelletizer thoroughly understands the characteristics of different plastic materials and uses modular design to optimize the crushing and preheating process of the compactor, avoiding overheating or degradation. By precise temperature control and optimized plasticizing design, it ensures reliable quality of plastic pellets.
