GF Series Waste Film and Bottle Recycling Crusher

The GF series is an efficient, low-energy-consuming crusher specifically designed for films, small hollow bottles, and PET bottles. Depending on the characteristics of different materials, the crusher offers various rotor models to choose from. The rotor diameter ranges from 500mm to 800mm, with the minimum rotor width being 700mm and the maximum 1600mm. Customized rotor structures can be designed to achieve optimal crushing performance. Special welding techniques are used for the overall steel structure to meet the requirements of hard-to-crush materials. Large rotor bearings, knife holders, and rotors combined with standard V-shaped cutting technology help improve cutting and recycling efficiency while reducing dust content in recycled materials.
