The HS series is a high-capacity single-shaft shredder. The redesigned hydraulic ram not only improves power transmission and feeding speed but also effectively prevents material blockages and internal track wear. This specially designed equipment creates approximately 35% more space in the cutting chamber. The series features an efficient V-shaped rotor design. The rotor has a minimum width of 1200mm and a maximum width of 2000mm, with a rotational diameter of 560mm. The rotor is driven by an oversized gearbox. A low speed of 85rpm ensures smooth operation with high torque.

The hydraulic station is tightly integrated with the shredding chamber, saving space and protecting the hydraulic station. It is also easy to replace and maintain. The entire machine is welded using special welding techniques, significantly improving overall stability and effectively preventing splashing. Additionally, the HS series possesses all the advantages of other shredders, including specially designed rotor knives and knife holders, external bearings, and advanced intelligent control systems.
