Component Introduction

• Exclusive Spinsure™-H Horizontal Rotary Table with Heavy-Duty Linear Guide Rails: Supports heavier molds, reduces friction resistance, and ensures smoother operation.
• Reducer and Servo Motor Drive for Mid-Plate Rotation: Can support up to 50-ton molds, suitable for various special two-color automotive molds. Precise servo control and energy-saving. Mid-plate movement controlled by proportional valve technology: mold opening and mid-plate repeat positioning accuracy up to 1mm.

• Auxiliary Injection Unit Structure: Can be equipped with Tereos MultiMold™ multi-color master technology to extend equipment functionality.
• Modular Selection of Injection Units - Electric Injection Unit: Repeatability of injection position accuracy reaches 0.01mm. Single-cylinder inline injection unit: low injection resistance, small inertia, fast response. Dual-cylinder injection unit: more stable injection, good sealing.

• Two Injection Units Arranged Oppositely: Can simultaneously load two oppositely arranged single-cylinder precision injection units and fully electric high-speed injection units, meeting more product characteristic requirements. Moreover, the contra-directional injection unit moves synchronously with the moving platen, improving efficiency.

• Built-in High-Pressure Clamping Cylinder: The new two-platen machine has a built-in short-stroke high-pressure clamping cylinder, which can quickly establish clamping force, ensuring more uniform mold pressure.
