The single-shaft shredder consists of a motor, hard-faced gearbox, rotating knife shaft, movable knives, fixed knives, and a hydraulic station.
The fixed blades are mounted on the frame, and the moving blades are installed on the rotating shaft. The moving blades adopt a four-corner square arc structure design, allowing for full contact between the blades and the raw material. When dulled, the blades can be removed and repositioned at a new angle, continuing this process until all four sides are dulled, after which the blades are then sharpened.
The normal service life of the blade is more than 1000 tons before it needs to be resharpened.
The single-shaft shredder can process various waste plastic products including blocks, pipes, films, woven bags, and all kinds of electronic cable waste, plastic drums, waste paper, waste wood, and various organic materials. The size of the recycled material can be determined by choosing the appropriate screen aperture based on the material being shredded and the requirements for further processing. Some materials can be directly recycled after shredding, while others can be sent to crushers or other equipment for further refinement.
