The upper lip adopts a push-out manual fine adjustment + automatic fine adjustment integrated lip, with a manual adjustment range of ±1mm and an automatic adjustment range of ±300μm. For the automatic lip adjustment control, we use a highly advanced full closed-loop control system and an automatic thickness measurement system, ensuring that the thickness precision of the product is within ±2%. The online thickness gauge performs high-frequency continuous automatic lateral detection scans, providing real-time and accurate display of the product's thickness tolerance. After processing by computer programs, the data from the online thickness gauge is fed back to the special thermal expansion adjustment bolts of the lip, enabling automatic fine adjustments to the lip opening thickness for rapid and effective control of product accuracy. Additionally, our die head has excellent expandability, allowing customers to choose optional configurations such as the "internal blocking width adjustment device" or "external blocking width adjustment device" with edge trimming mechanisms, better meeting the needs for producing various wide-width products, achieving more economical and efficient production.
