PVC, EVA, and PE new-type waterproof materials have strong impermeability, excellent waterproof performance, high resistance to both high and low temperatures, good tensile strength and elongation, and superior aging resistance. They are widely used in waterproofing applications such as industrial and residential building roofs, underground structures, tunnels, and artificial lakes.

● Computer-aided manifold design ensures uniform material distribution, enabling the production of wide-width products.
● Extended die lips enhance the consistency of product orientation, reduce die head expansion, and significantly improve sensitivity to adjustments.
● The curved intersection line formed at the center of the die cavity between the manifold and the die orifice improves lateral material flow and distribution.
● The upper die lip is adjustable, and the lower die lip is replaceable, allowing for the production of products with different thicknesses (1-4mm, with a maximum of 10mm).
● Equipped with a throttle bar adjustment function, it can accommodate extrusion of different raw materials and varying thickness products.
