• Extruder

Based on Jinming's extensive experience in designing extrusion systems and combining material processing characteristics and rheology principles, the design has been continuously optimized through simulation. This results in an extrusion system adaptable to various materials. The extruder is specifically optimized and precision-engineered for low-crystalline self-adhesive protective film materials, featuring high output, low energy consumption, and excellent plasticization.

• Die Head

Based on Jinming's extensive experience in die head design and combining material processing characteristics and rheology principles, continuous innovation has led to the development of various high-performance die heads. Using a simulation system, the die heads are specifically optimized for low-crystalline self-adhesive protective film materials, ensuring perfect film thickness tolerance when processing different resins.

• Type II Winder

The winder uses modular design with multiple winding functions to accommodate various material properties, reducing tension fluctuations during roll changes and providing high-quality winding. Features include automatic film cutting, automatic roll change, automatic unloading, automatic length measurement, and fully automatic taper tension control. These features adjust based on measured surface tension feedback, improving film winding flatness. This reduces labor intensity, minimizes waste during manual roll changes, increases efficiency, and enhances safety.
